Veena Kothawar, DDS
Meet Dr. Kothawar
Dr. Veena Kothawar was born in India and moved to Canada at a young age. She completed her undergraduate degree from University of Toronto and obtained a Masters in Biological Sciences in Miami, Florida. Thereafter, she completed her postdoctoral degree in dentistry at New York University College of Dentistry. She further continued her general dentistry residency and completed a fellowship in implant dentistry at Woodhull Medical Center.
Dr. Kothawar understands the importance of high quality dental care and believes in providing professional patient service by making every visit a low stress experience with minimal discomfort. She is a firm believer of evidence based dentistry and is up-to-date on the most recent technology. Her fluency in English, Hindi, Gujarati and Telugu, along with some conversational Spanish, helps her to cater to people from diverse cultural backgrounds. She welcomes all new patients and will go above and beyond to give you the smile and comprehensive oral care you need.
